Brea Chiodini is the co-founder and co-owner of Laughlin River Tours and London Bridge Jet Boat Tours, two of the most recognized river experience companies on the Colorado River. Her story began in Lake Havasu in 2010, when a chance meeting led to a life built around family, adventure, and the river she now calls home.
After relocating to the Laughlin area with her four boys, Brea and her husband Trevor launched Rocky River Adventure Center, a jet ski rental operation that sparked a passion for sharing the Colorado River with visitors. What started as a small family venture has grown into an award-winning hospitality enterprise spanning river cruises, jet boat tours, and more.
Under Brea’s leadership, Laughlin River Tours has earned recognition as the Best Locally Owned Business by the Laughlin Buzz Reader’s Poll (2021–2025), a Top 10 Best Boat Tour in the Nation by USA Today, and the 2024 Spirit of the Colorado River Award. She was also nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year. This is a reflection of her drive to build something meaningful for both visitors and the local community.
Brea’s commitment to Laughlin extends well beyond her own businesses. Since 2018, she has served on the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce Board, helping shape the future of the local business community. She has also served on the River Fund board, a local nonprofit dedicated to the health and vitality of the Colorado River region and currently serves as Chairwoman of the River Flow Committee. It is a committee that was created to open up communication with state, federal, and local businesses regarding safe water flow and river navigation. Her role that reflects a deep investment in the river that her business and her family call home.
For Brea, it has never just been about the boats. It’s about the memories made on them, for families, couples, and first-time visitors discovering the magic of the Colorado River. She and Trevor have donated over $100,000 to local charities since 2016, a testament to the community values at the heart of everything they do.

Captain Ty Williams — Captain, Laughlin River Tours & London Bridge Jet Boat Tours
Captain Ty Williams is one of the Colorado River’s most trusted guides. He brings his vast knowledge of the Colorado River region, holds a 100-ton United States Coast Guard Captain’s license, and a lifetime of river experience to every tour he leads.
Ty’s connection to the Colorado River runs deep. As the son of Trevor and Brea Chiodini, owners of Laughlin River Tours and London Bridge Jet Boat Tours, Ty grew up on the water. His early years working with Rocky River Jet Ski Rentals gave him a foundational understanding of river navigation, water safety, and boat operations that most captains spend years trying to acquire. For Ty, it was simply part of growing up.
His captaining career progressed the right way. He started by shadowing experienced captains aboard the original Celebration boat, logging extensive sea time, and steadily earning greater responsibility on the water. In 2016, he earned his 100-ton United States Coast Guard Captain’s license and has been leading tours professionally ever since. With nearly a decade of licensed captaining experience on the Colorado River, Ty brings a level of familiarity with these waters that are genuinely difficult to match.
Today, Captain Ty is a core member of the Laughlin River Tours crew, leading tours aboard both the Grand Celebration luxury yacht and the London Bridge Jet Boats. His role goes beyond the captain’s wheel; Ty is also actively involved in the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet, applying hands-on mechanical expertise and creative problem-solving to keep every vessel in top condition for guests.
That mechanical passion extends far beyond routine maintenance. Ty is currently pursuing a long-held dream of designing and manufacturing luxury boats, and he’s well on his way. He has already completed a vessel design and is actively working toward bringing it to life. It’s an ambition that speaks volumes about the depth of his knowledge and passion about boating. Ty doesn’t just operate boats; he understands them from the inside out, at a level most captains never reach.
On March 3, 2023, Captain Ty marked a personal milestone by celebrating his own wedding aboard the Grand Celebration the first wedding ever held on the yacht. It’s a moment that reflects how deeply the river is woven into his life, not just his career.When he’s not on duty, you’ll likely find Ty out on the water anyway aboard his own boat, the Nacho Whale a nod to the fun-loving personality his guests know well.
