24 hour cancellation policy; No show guests and same day cancellations will forfeit full fare. All cancelled tickets will be charged a $5 per person processing fee. All cancellation requests must be must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].

In the event that the Jet Boat has any mechanical issues while on the return of the tour, London Bridge Jet Boat Tours will be responsible for getting all passengers back to their drop off destination, there will be no refunds issued in this event.
